Montenegro’s Citizenship by Investment Programme is a very efficient scheme that grants the investor a passport to a European country within a total  period of 6 to 8 months.

Holders of a Montenegrin passport are entitled to Visa-Free or Visa on Arrival access to over 125 countries, including the entirety of the European Union, Brazil, Israel and Turkey.
