Description

The Mediterranean Sea's turquoise waves may be seen from this plot, which is only a few meters from the sea and situated between Ayia Napa and Cape Greco in one of the most stunning coastal settings. Excellent as an investment, the plot already benefits from a valid building permit, allowing for immediate development. It can be used to construct six luxurious villas, each with an average size of 276 square meters, on separate plots totaling about 1,000 square meters, all with their own swimming pool. Another alternative for development of the plot could be either a 4-star hotel with 55 rooms or a 5-star hotel consisting of 48 rooms. In either scenario, the hotel development may include facilities such as spas, gyms, and indoor swimming pools. A further attractive option is a mixed-use development combining a hotel and a residential building, where the hotel could feature 32 rooms as a 4-star or 28 rooms as a 5-star property, alongside a residential building comprising 12 apartments-6 one-bedroom units of 55 sqm and 6 two-bedroom units of 80 sqm. Residents on the property would benefit from the peace and quiet the area offers while being close to the lively lifestyle and services that Ayia Napa has to provide, making it simple to transition between the urban environment and the natural surroundings.
