Biography
Yiannos Trisokkas is the Founder & CEO of Velment, a boutique real estate and investment migration advisory firm operating across Cyprus, Greece and the wider region. Based in Dubai, UAE, he leads Velment’s teams across its international offices while working with partners in Vietnam, Switzerland, the Middle East, South Africa, the UK and the EU.
Yiannos founded Velment in January 2021, building on more than two decades of experience in Cyprus real estate and investment migration. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade as Managing Director of My Property Cyprus. From 2017 to 2021, he concurrently served as Co-Founder & Director of Casamont and Co-Founder & Director of the Cyprus office of Henley & Partners.
Throughout his career, Yiannos has personally overseen significant property transactions, including a €24 million transaction in Cyprus. At Velment, his day-to-day focus is on leading and supporting the company’s professional teams and external associates, ensuring that client expectations are met and that the firm remains proactive in responding to client needs.
