Biography

Theodoros Charalambous is Head of Administration at Velment, based in Cyprus. He joined Velment in January 2022 and oversees the systems, processes and day-to-day operations that support the company’s efficient and effective performance. His responsibilities span administration, digital infrastructure, technology, property platforms and internal coordination, with a strong focus on continuously improving the way the company operates. 

Before joining Velment, Theodoros spent two years as Senior Manager - Client Advisor at Henley & Partners, where he managed the day-to-day operations of the Cyprus office and supported clients through property transactions from initial engagement to completion. Earlier in his career, he spent three years at Leatherex as Social Media Coordinator and Marketing Officer & Product Development, managing digital communications and product development for a portfolio of footwear and lifestyle brands across Cyprus and Greece, including international travel for manufacturing and product-selection work.

A graduate of IIEK PRAXIS, Theodoros is Cypriot and speaks Greek and English. His approach is defined by attention to detail, curiosity and continuous improvement, with a particular interest in bringing together people, ideas and technology to turn challenges into practical solutions and create lasting value.
